Wellness services include pre-employment screenings and evaluations, health resources and tools, programs, online classes, traditional classroom instruction, and occupational health.

On-site EAP services are available. EAP allows for personal and confidential counseling for drug and alcohol abuse problems, mental health, stress, parenting, financial concerns, and marital and relationship difficulties. Restrictions apply.

Employees have access to a variety of wellness coaches that focus on areas including exercise and nutrition.

Employees in leadership positions develop their skills through on-site and off-site courses, including partnerships with community agencies and local and national colleges.

This development program is geared toward the development of identified future leaders in the field of health care administration with participants primarily being students in a Master's of Healthcare Administration program.

A development program created and managed by and for young professionals. The program name is derived from the values of the program: striving, teamwork, relationships, innovation, direction and education.

This program has two main elements: New Leader Orientation and Learning Communities. NLO provides foundational leadership skills and an orientation to Bon Secours. In the Learning Communities, new leaders meet in small groups for focused development time and opportunities with their peers.
