Dr. Rosenberg received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center of the University of Florida, Jacksonville. He is board certified in family practice.
Dr. Cook attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate degree. She received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine and pediatric residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Cook is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics.
Our nurse practitioner, Tiffany Polo, attended the University of Virginia School of Nursing for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Mrs. Polo is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a national certification in pediatrics and has been an emergency room registered nurse for adults and pediatrics. Mrs. Polo has an interest in management and prevention of heart disease. She enjoys running and outside activities as well as spending time with her husband and two children.
Dr. Danielle Avula attend the University of Virginia for her undergraduate degree. She received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency from VCU/Chesterfield Family Practice Residency. Dr. Avula is board certified by the American Academy of Family Medicine. In addition, she speaks Spanish.
