Dr. Joseph is dually trained in internal medicine and pediatrics. Prior to becoming a physician, she was a registered nurse for 11 years, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Union College located in Angwin, California. She received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. During this time, she attended the Hammersmith Royal Postgraduate Medical School in London, England, where she completed courses in adult and pediatric cardiology. She completed her internship and residency at Harvard University Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Program in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Joseph is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and board eligible in internal medicine. Prior to joining Bon Secours Medical Group, Dr. Joseph worked at Harvard University Health Services as a med-peds physician for several years until moving to Virginia in 2007. She is committed to the care of both children and adults of all ages.
Dr. Cress received her medical degree from the University of Toronto and completed her family medicine residency at The Toronto Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Prior to joining Bon Secours Medical Group, Dr. Cress worked in private practice in Richmond, Virginia.
Madeline Klim, our nurse practitioner attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Nursing for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her Master of Science in nursing and family nurse practitioner certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing. Ms. Klim is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Nathaniel S. Owens, our nurse practitioner, attended Virginia Commonwealth University for his Bachelor's degree in Social Work. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mr. Owens is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In addition, Mr. Owens is fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Latisha Murray attended Virginia Union University for her undergraduate degree. She received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency from Bon Secours St. Francis Family Medicine Residency Program/Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Murray is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She enjoys baking, football, drag racing and history documentaries on WWII.
