Dr. Bucher received his medical degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri. He completed his rotating internship at The United States Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, New York. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Johns Hopkins Service at Baltimore City Hospital and preventative medicine residency at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, where he also completed his graduate work for the M.P.H. and ScD requirements.
Dr. Tsui attended the University of Maryland for his undergraduate degree. He received his Master of Science and medical degree from George Washington University and completed his family medicine residency from St. Vincent’s Family Practice. Dr. Tsui is board certified in family medicine and has been awarded a fellowship by the American Academy of Family Practice.
Timothy Talbert, our nurse practitioner, attended James Madison University for his undergraduate degree. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Talbert is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Our nurse practitioner, Pamela Webb, attended Hampton University for her undergraduate degree in nursing. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Dr. Monteiro received his M.B.B.S from Government Medical College, Shivaji University, in India in 2004. He completed his family medicine residency from Chesterfield Family Practice Residency Program, Virginia Commonwealth University, in 2011. Thereafter, he completed a preventive medicine residency program and received his Master of Public Health from New Jersey Medical School, Rutgers University in 2013. He is actively involved in community health projects and leads a yearly medical mission outreach program in Haiti. He enjoys playing badminton and watercolor painting.
