We are your Patient-Centered Orthopedic Specialist, and it is our goal to provide you the best orthopedic care possible. We’ve treated thousands of patients from children to retirees, including local and NBA sports teams to Olympic stars.

You’ll receive expert care from our attentive staff and highly trained physicians. Together, we’ll design a treatment plan that meets your needs and gets you on the road to recovery and back to the activities you love.

We care for injured patients as well as conditions of the body’s musculoskeletal system. This includes your bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves which allow you to move, work, and be active. We understand that all patients are different and design a treatment plan that best meets your individual needs.

Our physicians are board certified/eligible by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. All of our physicians have received advanced fellowship training in an orthopedic subspecialty. A fellowship is an extra year of specialized training that a physician chooses to pursue after completing medical school and residency training. By selecting a fellowship trained physician, you can be assured he or she is highly skilled and up to date with the latest in treatments and surgical techniques.

Appointments

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same-day appointments upon your phone call. Please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your identification card, insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance 

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

Telephone Calls

Have a question? That's why we are here! Feel free to call us Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our staff will make every effort to answer your call. If our staff are assisting other patients and you receive voicemail, please leave your name, date of birth, two telephone numbers where you may be reached, and a brief description of your medical problem so that we may process your call promptly.

Emergencies

For emergencies, our physicians are available to you 24 hours a day. You can call our main office at 804-504-4610, and after hours you will be transferred to our on-call physician service. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

Prescription Refills

For your convenience, refill requests for medications other than controlled drugs may be requested through your pharmacy, and your pharmacy will submit the request to us. Medication refill requests should be made during normal business hours. We request 48 hours to process refill requests.

Medical Records

Your records are confidential and will not be released without a signed consent from you.
