Patients are seen by appointment. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same day appointments.

In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit.

For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

	Dr. Michael Sheehan Dr. Sheehan received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia where he also completed his residency.
	Dr. William Moore Dr. Moore received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee. He is Board Certified in Family Practice.
	Dr. Sandra Boisseau Dr. Boisseau received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia where she also completed her residency. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics.
	Dr. William Noller Dr. Noller received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Pennsylvania and completed his residency at York Hospital in Pennsylvania and Rockford School of Medicine in Illinois. He is Board Certified in Family Practice.
	Dr. Cheryl Jordan-Sayles Dr. Jordan-Sayles received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia where she also completed her residency. She is Board Certified in Family Practice.
