Patients are seen by appointment. In most circumstances, we can accommodate same day appointments.

In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a list of all medications you are taking.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit.

For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.

	Robin Disler, M.D. Dr. Disler received her medical degree from Tufts Medical School and completed her residency at the New England Deaconess Hospital, Boston, MA. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
	Sidney Jones, M.D. Dr. Jones received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency at the University of Alabama Hospitals, Birmingham, AL. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
	Andrew Schutrumpf, M.D. Dr. Schutrumpf received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency at the Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
	Kelley White, M.D. Dr. White received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of North Carolina Hospital, Chapel Hill, NC. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
