First Seminar to be held at new Bon Secours Heart Institute at Reynolds Crossing

Katz, M.D, a leading cardiothoracic surgeon and a pioneer in the field of robotic heart surgery, at this FREE Medical Matters Series seminar presented by Bon Secours Richmond Health System.

This is the first seminar to be held at the new Bon Secours Heart Institute at Reynolds Crossing. The seminar will discuss heart disease and minimally invasive procedures including:
  • Valve repair or replacement
  • Coronary bypass
  • Correction of atrial fibrillation
Dr. Katz is a surgeon with Cardiac Surgery Specialists and medical director of the Bon Secours Heart & Vascular Institute. He has performed nearly 200 heart transplants throughout his career, including the first dual heart-kidney transplant in the Eastern United States.
