Bon Secours' Outpatient Mental Health Clinic provides services for depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health needs.  Our outpatient services include individual, group, couples and family counseling, medication management and referral services for individuals with substance use disorders.  

Bon Secours's Outpatient Mental Health Clinic also provides services to children between the ages of 5 and 18 who are experiencing difficulty coping in school, at home or in the community because of emotional or behavioral challenges. Our program offers therapeutic services to increase problem-solving and adaptive coping skills. Treatment options include individual, family and group therapies, parent support, and medication management.

Partial Hospitalization Programs for Adults and Children

The Partial Hospitalization Empowerment Program (PHEP) is a structured, intensive day treatment program for adults and children who are in need of psychiatric stabilization.

PHEP is a culturally sensitive, therapeutic program facilitated by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, licensed therapists, social workers, registered nurses and behavioral health technicians who are committed to providing quality health care and empowering patients.

Individualized treatment focuses on relief of acute symptoms, establishment of healthy coping skills and collaboration with family and community support resources.

The Partial Hospitalization Empowerment Program for Children (PHEP-C) is a therapeutic intensive day treatment program for children ages 5-12.

PHEP-C is a culturally sensitive, highly structured program that teaches children adaptive skills and healthy approaches to solving real problems. Treatment involves the child and his or her family.

Treatment is rendered by a multidisciplinary team, which includes a psychiatrist, nurse, clinical social worker, mental health therapist, school teacher and two behavioral health technicians. Educational support is provided by the Home and Hospital Program of the Baltimore City Public School System.
