I am a native New Yorker (the Bronx), by way of Jamaica, that is loving the diversity, cultural fullness and foodie aspect of Richmond, Virginia. I am a Zumba enthusiast, an avid gardener and a voracious reader that has the travel bug. I am board certified in internal medicine (the pediatricians of adults).
