The summer student volunteer program offers high school and college students a short term volunteer opportunity to gain knowledge and experience related to various healthcare careers. Becoming a Student Volunteer is a series of steps. You must satisfy the requirements of all the steps before you will be considered for acceptance into the Student Volunteer Program. Please read the information carefully and follow the directions.

What to do next?
- Please complete the online application. Once you click “continue” at the end of the application it will automatically be sent to my email.
- Print and complete Application Part 2 and return to me.
- Print the Reference Form and ask a teacher/counselor to complete and return to me.
- Print the Parental/Guardian Consent form to complete and return to me. *
All forms listed above MUST be completed and received in Volunteer Center a minimum of two (weekday) days prior to the day of your interview. You will only be allowed to interview if all the documents are completed and turned in. No exceptions. There are a limited number of openings and once all the openings are filled the program is closed.
After your interview you will be instructed to complete the online orientation. Download and complete the quiz and return it per instructions that were sent to your email. Do not do this until instructed to do so.
