Applications for this program will only be accepted through PhORCAS and should include the letter of intent, curriculum vitae, transcripts from the school or college of pharmacy attended and three references. Reference writers should use the standard reference template in PhORCAS. The application deadline for PhORCAS submission is Jan. 2.

Candidate Eligibility
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (requirement waived if completed a pass/fail curriculum) and eligible for Virginia Pharmacy licensure.
