Class covers infant/child CPR and choking instruction using the American Heart Association Family and Friends curriculum and guidelines.

This course is designed for girls 9-11 and their mothers or other female support person and concentrates on physical, internal and emotional changes, during puberty, in a relaxed atmosphere.

Infant Safety Class covers safe sleep, car seat safety, when to call the doctor and other important topics such as taking baby’s temperature, diaper rash, and navigating postpartum depression.
