Standardized Space Request Form- Bon Secours Community Resource Center

Welcome to the Bon Secours Community Resource Center (CRC). As the primary service delivery site of Bon Secours Community Works (BSCW), the CRC is a space where we administer programs and host community events. Partners and community members can also request space in CRC for a variety of uses, including:

· Meetings

· Retreats

· Workshops

· Classes

· Small birthday celebrations
 · Music performances

· Holiday observances

· Graduation parties

· Family Gatherings

· Fitness classes

Our team will work to provide you with all necessary information about how to maximize your time in our space but does not provide full-service event support. Guests are expected to leave our spaces how they were found.

We provide: Room space, security staff, restroom access, trash cans and trash removal, and audio-visual technology.

Our facilities:

Multipurpose room for larger gatherings, events, and meetings

Media Center for medium sized gatherings, events, and meetings

Meeting rooms for small groups
 Art room for projects and activities

Gymnasium with a basketball court and fitness room

Rooftop garden for outdoor meetings, activities, and events (Coming Fall 2024)


CRC Hours of Operation

All space use requests must be made for regular business hours, as listed below:

Monday- Friday: 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday: Closed

Payment

Payment must be made via check or money order no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.
