WORKING MOTHER NAMES BON SECOURS VIRGINIA AS ONE OF THE 2018 "100 BEST COMPANIES"
Richmond, Va., (September 25, 2018) – Working Mother revealed its annual list of the 2018 “100 Best Companies”, celebrating companies that lead in the areas of female career advancement, paid parental leave, childcare assistance, benefits and flextime. Bon Secours Virginia was among the 100 companies that earned a spot on this year’s list. This year marks the 20th consecutive year Bon Secours has received this recognition from Working Mother magazine.
“There are so many important reasons to support working parents — recruitment, retention, engagement — but the real reason we do it is that it’s just the right thing to do. Our people deserve the same good help that we give to others every day. I’m proud that Bon Secours has been a leader in this area for so long,” said Jim Godwin, senior vice president of human resources for Bon Secours Virginia.
