Working Mother Magazine holds this award as a gold standard that measures exceptional environments for working moms. The 2019 award for the 100 best companies represents more than 2 million U.S. employees, focusing on the overall benefits of the families, including gender-neutral leave, gradual phase-back after parental leave, and accessible, affordable child care.
