In order to ensure the health and safety of our patients, visitors, associates and medical providers, we have a temporary policy in place reducing the entrance points to all seven of our hospitals in the Richmond market. Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital, Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center and Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center are observing this reduced entrance policy out of an abundance of caution until further notice.

Hours and entrances vary by facility based on operations. Valet is closed until further notice; however, valet parking spaces may be used until valet services are re-established.

  • Main Entrance (5:30 am - 8 pm)
  • Lobby Entrance from the Medical Office Buildings (7 am - 6 pm)

Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center

Three authorized points of entry:

  • Hospital Main Entrance (5 am - 9 pm)
  • Main Surgery Center Entrance (5:30 am -9 pm)
  • Emergency Department (24/7)

Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center

Two authorized points of entry:

  • Hospital Main Entrance (7 am - 8 pm)
  • Emergency Department (24/7 for patients, 8 pm -7 am for visitors)

Richmond Community Hospital

Two authorized points of entry:

  • Temporary (March 12 only): Side Door Entrance in front of the Retail Pharmacy (6:30 am - 8:30 pm)
  • Starting March 13: Hospital Main Entrance (6:30 am - 8:30 pm)
  • Emergency Department (24/7)

Rappahannock General Hospital

Three authorized points of entry:

  • Hospital Main Entrance (M-F 6:30 am - 8 pm, Sat/Sun/Holidays 8:30 am - 6 pm)
  • Emergency Department (24/7)
  • Outpatient Infusion Center (main door open for OPIC patients only)

Southside Regional Medical Center

Two authorized points of entry:

  • Hospital Main Entrance (5 am - 8 pm)
  • Emergency Department (24/7)

Southern Virginia Regional Medical Center

Three authorized points of entry:

  • Hospital Main Entrance (M-F 7 am -7 pm, closed on weekends)
  • Emergency Department (24/7)
  • Outpatient Entrance (M-F 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, closed weekends)
