This fall, leaders and various associates in the Richmond market gathered to participate in an uncomfortable but meaningful conversation about diversity, equity, and inclusion. Joseph May, director of Mission led the group through a privilege walk where participants were asked to reflect on where they have personally come from and develop an understanding and respect for their colleagues.
