adapt1Anti-Drug-Abuse-Program-with-Therapy (ADAPT) Cares is one of the three Substance Abuse Treatment Programs that is under the Community Institute of Behavioral Services (CIBS) that provides Community-Based Outpatient Opioid Maintenance Treatment.  All services are certified by the State of Maryland and Joint Commission Accredited.  Adapt Cares target population is predominantly African American adult men and women with a primary diagnosis of opioid dependence.  Treatment and

Adapt cares 2The mission of the ADAPT Cares’ Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment Program is to deliver quality coordinated substance abuse treatment services within a compassionate, integral, and professional manner that will ultimately improve the mental, physical, social, and environmental well-being of our patient population.  Adapt Cares clinical staff challenges the creative side by showcasing the talent of their patient population by spearheading patient driven “Talent Shows”.
