next passage group1Our Joint Commission Accredited Opioid Treatment Program(OTP) addresses the treatment needs of adult men and women diagnosed with substance use disorders by offering Outpatient & Intensive Outpatient Treatment Services as well as Suboxone Therapy. Treatment services include:

  • Comprehensive alcohol and drug assessments
  • Individual/group counseling
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Suboxone therapy
  • Primary care
  • Smoking cessation
  • Gender-specific group therapy
  • Self-help support groups
  • Relapse prevention
  • Overdose prevention
  • HIV education, counseling and testing
  • Family education and counseling

next passage group2Next Passage has an assessment unit staffed with licensed clinicians in the Baltimore City District and Circuit Courts. The assessment unit works closely with judges, court personnel and Behavioral Health Systems Baltimore (formally known as Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems, Inc.) Care Coordination Team to provide culturally competent and gender appropriate assessments, treatment placement services, and community/social support referrals.

Our approach to treatment is confronting the individual’s physical, psychological, spiritual, and social well- being. Through the implementation of various treatment interventions and modalities, we can effectively rehabilitate and aid our patient’s assimilation into mainstream society.
