My primary focus is primary care, preventative medicine, and chronic disease management such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, adult and geriatric care, and mental health. My main goal is to build a relationship with patients to help them achieve optimal health outcomes through evidence-based medicine and shared-decision making.
