I have a special interest in surgery for nasal obstruction including septoplasty and turbinate reduction, thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy, salivary gland surgery, pediatric surgery, including ear tubes and frenuloplasty, tonsillectomy, neck mass excision, skin cancer, head and neck cancer, and voice and swallow disorder. I enjoy spending time with my wife and two dogs, volunteering, and outdoor activities.

| May 2024 Doctor Heffernan is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. I had a problem with my ear and he never gave up trying to fix the problem. Finally after the ear infection were gone and the ear tube he installed worked to drain the my ear I still had hearing loss in the left ear at that time after a full explanation of what the problem was he sent me to a ear only specialist which I am now awaiting an appointment to see him. I couldn't ask for more from a doctor than what I have consistently received for Dr. Heffernan. |
