Meet Arthur
I attended medical school at the University of South Carolina before completing an Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. My Cardiovascular and Interventional Cardiology fellowships were both completed in the Medical University of SC. I truly enjoy helping my patients with cardiovascular disease restore their health and wellbeing and consider myself fortunate to practice cardiology in the Upstate of South Carolina.

| June 2024 Dr Siachos was very thorough in listening to my concerns and new SOB that could have been potentially life threatening. Current medications were reviewed and new meds were discussed in depth including pros and cons of the changes and the staff helped get the rx's sent to insurance approved pharmacy. |
