I attended medical school at the University of South Carolina before completing an internal medicine residency in Springfield, MA. My fellowship in cardiology was completed at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. I truly enjoy helping my patients with cardiovascular disease restore their health and wellbeing. I consider myself fortunate to practice cardiology in the upstate of South Carolina.

	May 2024 Dr. Faile is one of the best doctors I have ever had. This visit was a routine annual visit to check the condition of my heart after a catheter ablation procedure for AFIB 4 years ago. She listens to me, provides appropriate responses to my questions and is very knowledgeable in her field. I feel lucky to have her as my cardiologist.
