	September 2024 Dr Hayes has been my Primary for many years now. He's a good listener. I think the two of us work very well together. I am very happy with the care he provides me.
	September 2024 My doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable, well Informed, patient, considerate, and discussed my wellness and future goals. He also discussed establishing a "power of attorney" and developing a will.
