As a former U.S. Air Force officer and staff physician at Langley Air Force Base I was in private practice in the Hampton Rhoads area. I am board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. I am a member of the International Society for the Study of Women’s sexual health. As a native of Chesterfield, I was excited to return home to practice medicine.

	March 2024 The Estring recommended by Dr Mrava for my prolapse and frequent UTIs had been very successful. She tried other things, before this last product which has been great!

	March 2024 She listened to all of my concerns, asked about my previous history, and answered all questions I had after explaining her methods of treatment. I also appreciated that she asked what I would like to do to move forward as far as what treatment plan I was most comfortable with.

	February 2024 This doctor is excellent, also her nurse and the total staff. I couldn't ask for anything better. I travel pretty far to see her. And come to this establishment. But it's way worth it where I live. Bon Secours is very hard to get to and the one office that is close. It doesn't give you the same doctor quality and service. That bonsecour goes on.
	February 2024 Dr. Mrava is outstanding! I have referred several patients to her as she explains her treatment plan, her recommendations, asks for your input, considers your concerns and really listens to her patients. She shows compassion and I feel well taken care of at each visit.
