I attended medical school at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. Afterwards, I completed both an internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. I truly enjoy helping my patients with cardiovascular disease restore their health and wellbeing. I consider myself fortunate to practice cardiology in the upstate of South Carolina.

	July 2023 Dr. Stewart is a great doctor. He is always concerned about by heart conditions. Always wants to know if I have been having any chest pains. Am I tired or swimmy headed. Only once have I had any chest pains, and I told Dr. Stewart when it happened. He asks many questions and I reply to each one. When I am finished, Dr. Stewart always tells me to telephone Upstate Cardiology if I need him. Again, Dr. Stewart is really great and does a good job taking care of me.
