I delivered my first baby as a senior medical student in 1986 and I was hooked! Who would want to do anything else? What a rewarding and exciting profession this is! Yes, we get way too much credit and way too much blame, but it’s a great career choice. Whether it’s bringing a newborn into this world or finding a way to improve a gynecology patient’s quality of life, I consider it an honor when a patient trusts me to help them.

	September 2024 I am not sure of my wait times but as soon as I sat down in the waiting room, they called my name. The nurse came in right after I got into the room and the doctor came in right after that. Also, the receptionist is was absolutely AMAZING. I wish I would have gotten her name, but as nervous as I was both with what was going on and the appointment, her calming voice made me feel better.
