| May 2023 The doctor discussed my medications and whether I was responding appropriately to the prescriptions and if I should change or remain on the medications as prescribed. I chose to remain on the medications until the next visit, then we might consider whether a change is in order. He evaluated my medical condition and scheduled another appointment in one year unless there is a need to come in sooner. |
