| September 2023 I came in with what I thought was either a pulled calf muscle or possibly DVT. My symptoms were kind of subtle for DVT, but Katie listened to my concerns about the type of pain I was experiencing. She recommended an Ultrasound, just to be sure. It was Friday, and Katie gave the US tech her cell number so that she could act quickly if necessary. A clot was found during the US (at a 6:30 pm appointment), and Katie called me that evening and started me on Eliquis. I was very touched by the level of her care. |
