As a JMU graduate, I enjoy being able to serve my community by working with people of all age groups. I feel it is important to form relationships with my patients through seeing them on a regular basis. I love assisting those going through challenging times by supporting them with expert compassionate care. I like to take trips to the river with my husband, son and my energetic dog, Duke. I, also, find it fun to experiment in the kitchen.

	September 2023 As a healthcare worker, I have extremely high expectations for a patient's experience. I have to say that I am always impressed with Katri. I appreciate that she listens to my concerns and does not brush them off as not being serious. I was seeing her for somewhat of an unusual concern, and never once did she make me feel like I was unrealistic in my concern or that it was not valid. She explained the test she was going to do, also explained what next steps would look like if needed, and followed up with a message in mychart. I could not recommend her more or give her a higher experience score.
