Meet Keith
I was born in Coral Springs, FL and have spent a majority of my life in the Greenville area. After completing my internal medicine residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in West Palm Beach FL, I decided to return home to South Carolina to practice medicine. When I'm not dedicated to providing compassionate care with a smile, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

December 2023 In spite of being extremely busy, Dr. Freeman was very thoughtful, thorough and attentive and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. When he was done with my examination, he explained his diagnosis and recommended treatment and also provided detailed information on the type and dosage of the medication he was prescribing and made sure I was comfortable with taking it. Dr. Freeman is truly dedicated to his patients wellbeing and puts the "CARE" back in healthcare! |
