I am from Blackstone, Va and graduated from the College of William and Mary. I attended medical school at the UVA where I participated in the Generalist Scholars Program. I completed my residency at Spartanburg Family Medicine Residency in SC and moved back home to Southside Va in 2004. I enjoy outdoor activities hiking, walking and kayaking and my husband and I stay very busy with our two teenagers who enjoy playing soccer and horseback riding.

	February 2024 A very good experience. Dr. York was very professional, and thorough with me. I truly enjoyed meeting her.

The care she gives to my mother the patient with dementia is above and beyond as far as I've experienced through my 63 years she's knowledgeable, caring, calming, and Also does not skirt the issue with hand but she knows how to say things in a calming manner. Every time we leave my mother says I just love her
