I am originally from Pittsburgh and admittedly enjoy the more temperate climate since relocating in 2002. I enjoy the close proximity to Washington, DC spending time with family visiting national museums and the zoo. I am board certified since 2000 and have a subspecialty in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery. Conservative nonsurgical treatment is preferable for many conditions, however, surgical treatment is provided when necessary.

	April 2024 Dr Caines is the best doc and is very good with injections. He helped me pout my support hose and shoes back on. He is just very kind.
