	January 2025 Dr Chappelle was extremely inquisitive and wanted to understand core reasons for my conditions. He asked insightful questions, processed my responses and pivoted to more probing questions. Then he reflected his thoughts back to me and charted possible range of options areas where he thought we should pursue further. All of this was done in very personal and caring mode, as opposed to a detached academic manner
