	November 2023 Dr. Deshmukh is an outstanding medical partner. He reviews pertinent information on record, asks questions and listens carefully to my answers. During this visit, Dr. Deshmukh guided our conversation about an area of concern, a diagnosis given a few years ago by another primary care physician, taking a fresh look not so much at the diagnosis on record, but more on the specific symptoms and other possible causes of those symptoms. He then followed up with referrals for further diagnostics and appointments with two specialists. He provided a visit summary document, and all referrals were in place when I contacted providers to schedule appointments.
