	April 2024 Since August 2020, I have had four different providers with Sean Green being the fifth. This was my initial visit with him. Sean stepped up to interpret my labs from January 2024 via snail mail and requested a followup thyroid-only lab. He explained during the visit that thyroid lab results might fluctuate at first and he prepared me for the possibility of my needing to take thyroid medication in future. Sean noticed a "tightness" of my lungs upon exhale; this had never been brought to my attention during past exams. Probably the most important thing was his genuine understanding of what it's like to be the "last one standing" when a spouse dies. Sean offered to talk with me about that life changing experience upon request. I appreciate that more than anybody could even know.
