	December 2024 Dr Jackson, as usual, was attentive to my questions and answered all my concerns. Beyond that, she showed me how to access a help video using a smartphone scan option.

	November 2024 Dr Jackson listens to my questions fully before answering and her answers are not just standard but detailed and helpful and she suggests things I can do to help myself at home between visits ( continue with brace, elevate legs, cold compress instead of heat if it's better) and explains why I'm doing it instead of just saying do it. I appreciate that.
