My research interests include overcoming endocrine resistance in breast cancer, triple negative breast cancer, breast cancer in young women, and novel therapies in HER 2 positive breast cancer.

	February 2024 Dr. Irvin has been very diligent in coming up with care plans, my understanding of the process, as well as give me options. Dr. Irvin had me so a series of test before Chemotherapy would start and due to his diligence I was found to have low EF (heart function) of 20-25%, which was never checked or diagnosed by my Cardiologist that Ive been a pt of for years. Dr. Irvin came up with an alternative plan and I was able to start my Chemo. Amazing Doctor and amazing staff.
	February 2024 Dr. Irvin always answers my questions- sometimes I have quite a few! Sometimes just a couple. He listens. Sometimes I feel like I am his only patient! I have allergies & 2 other health issues and he keeps up with those too. I feel like he is monitoring my monthly medication doses carefully. He explains why I need tests & scans & draws explanations too. I am thankful he is my doctor!
	January 2024 I have already recommended Dr Irvin to at least three people
