Millennium Internal Medicine is a member of the Bon Secours Health System Medical Group Network.

Scheduling and Appointments:

Please call 864-365-0123 to schedule your appointment. Office hours for appointments with the providers are 8 am-5:00 pm, except for holidays. We offer same day appointments for urgent issues.

We do not accept walk-in appointments.

On the day of your appointment, please bring your insurance card and any required payment with you. We understand that appointments must be cancelled due to conflicts. Kindly contact us 24 hours in advance so that we may offer your scheduled visit to another patient.

After Hours Care:

There is always a doctor on-call to serve you. If you require urgent after hours care, please dial (864) 365-0123 and listen to the instructions to have the on-call physician paged. In case of a life threatening emergency, dial 911.

Medication Refills:

Please call 864-365-0123 and choose the appropriate option to request a prescription refills and allow 2 business days for us to process your request. If you need a medication urgently, please let us know. Controlled substances should be refilled during normal business hours. Please bring your current prescription bottles to your appointment.

For New Patients:

Download and print the new patient paperwork here. Complete the paperwork and bring it with you on the day of your appointment along with your insurance card, photo id, and your current prescription bottles.
