Bon Secours Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation at St. Francis Millennium
Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation at Bon Secours St. Francis is a comprehensive approach to helping individuals with cardiovascular disease and chronic lung disease improve their quality of life through supervised exercise, lifestyle modification, support and encouragement. It consists of two programs: Cardiac Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation team consists of highly qualified health professionals, including registered nurses, respiratory therapists, exercise physiologists, and a registered dietitian. These individuals work together to ensure a safe and effective program.
Classes for Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation are held Monday – Friday and include medically-managed exercise programs and lifestyle counseling. Participants attend multiple one-hour sessions per week for up to 24-36 sessions, depending on individual progress and concerns.

How to participate
A physician’s referral is required to take part in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, so ask your doctor for a referral to the program.
