Patient Resources

We're thrilled that you have chosen Carolina Women's Health! To help your first visit run smoothly, please complete the information in our new patient packet prior to your appointment and bring it, and your medical insurance card, with you to your first visit. We request that you arrive about 15 minutes early so that we can complete your records. 

 

Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments

Refilling a Prescription

To request a prescription refill, please call us at 864-382-4000. Please note that there is a charge to refill prescriptions or call in a new prescription.

Insurance Information

It’s always a good idea to contact our office prior to your appointment to verify acceptance. Current providers include: Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Companion, Cigna, Aetna, Medcost, United Healthcare and private pay.
