Our team understands the importance of making moms comfortable, and they’ll help to support you throughout your delivery and beyond.
We offer state-of-the-art labor and delivery rooms, specialty care for newborns who require exceptional medical services, private family suites, jacuzzi tubs for relaxing and the services of certified nurse-midwives and lactation consultants. We’re dedicated to providing maternity services in a warm and caring setting with our experienced, compassionate staff. Our baby-friendly hospitals deliver the perfect environment of comfort and care for new beginnings.

Join us for a free virtual tour of our birthing center! We know that you will want to feel comfortable in the hospital where you plan to deliver your baby.
On this tour, you will find out where to park, where to go, what is available, what should you bring with you to the hospital, and so much more! You will be able to see a room in the Labor and Delivery Unit and the Mother-Baby Unit and there will be time for questions!

Breastfeeding Basics

Getting off to a good start is so important. Class topics include detailed information on the benefits and process of breastfeeding, potential problems, pumping and milk collection and storage. Discussion and practice of latching and positioning!
Dad or support partner is encouraged to attend and won't be left out. There is information just for you too!

Confident Childbirth

This childbirth preparation class is taught by a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and provides parents-to-be with information and tools to successfully manage labor and birth.
Learn about preterm labor, the stages of labor, medical interventions including cesarean, comfort measures, breathing, relaxation skills, and what to expect postpartum. Class size is limited and there is time for questions and practice.
Bring two pillows, a towel or blanket and lotion to each class

Newborn Care & Safety
2-part class, In-person and virtual options available

Knowing how to care for your newborn might sound intimidating, but this 2 part class will leave you feeling prepared to welcome a baby to your home and to keep them safe as they grow into a toddler!
Starting with what to expect in the hours and days after your baby is born, this class then moves on to the basic information of caring for your newborn after leaving the hospital with discussion of newborn reflexes, behavior and characteristics and hands-on practice of daily care. When you leave you will be able to confidently bathe, feed, diaper, swaddle, and so much more!
The second part of the class will include practical tips and safety information - safe sleep, household safety, car seat safety and so much more!

Taking Care of Mom

The 4th Trimester is defined as the first three months after delivery, and just like pregnancy, it is a time of rapid changes in the mother's body. This class focuses on YOU, the mother, as you navigate your 4th trimester and beyond. Pregnancy is the perfect time to learn how YOU can recover and thrive after delivery. Additionally, our prenatal educators will discuss the emotional and hormonal aspects of bringing a new baby home and how to care for yourself. Topics addressed will include postpartum depression and anxiety, changes in your relationship, getting support from family and friends, and hormonal changes. Class will also cover physical changes postpartum, including bladder leakage, abdominal muscle separation, and pelvic pain and what options exist to address these issues.

What’s New for Grandparents

Babies have been arriving for thousands of years, but some things do change!
Join your peers for an update session just for grandparents-to-be covering topics on the care and safety of babies during the first year of life, SIDS awareness and how to support the new parents.
Enjoy some time with other grandparents-to-be!

Infant CPR

Infant CPR for the community covers CPR and choking for infants - critical skills needed for parents, grandparents, relatives or anyone caring for a newborn.
The curriculum is geared towards CPR first timers as well as those wanting to refresh their skills and learn the most current techniques. There will be plenty of time available to practice!
You will not receive CPR certification after completing this course.
