Dr. Claydon is passionate about providing evidence-based care and empowering women to play an active role in their personal health care. Her specialties include: Urogynecologic care focusing on pelvic organ prolapse, female urinary incontinence and bladder disorders, fecal incontinence, genital malformations and sexual health. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9am – 5pm, Wednesday, 9am – 7pm and Friday, 9am – 3pm. Evening hours are available by appointment.
Please arrive fifteen minutes before your first appointment to complete the necessary registration forms. Please remember to bring your insurance card, referrals (if required) and a list of all medications you are taking.

If all of our staff are assisting patients and you receive voicemail, please leave your name, date of birth, two telephone numbers where you may be reached, and a brief description of your medical problem so that we may process your call promptly.
For emergencies, a physician is available to you 24 hours a day. You can call our main office number (804) 764-6247. After hours you will be transferred to our on-call physician service. If at any time you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
Your records are confidential. A copy of your initial consultation will be sent to your referring physician along with recommendations of your plan of care.
Working with Your Doctor
As a specialist caring for you, Dr. Claydon values a close working relationship with the physician who placed you in her care. It is important that the two collaborate and communicate regarding your condition. You can feel confident that Dr. Claydon consults with and keeps your primary doctor, as well as other specialists, informed regarding your diagnosis and treatment recommendations. And once your time with Dr. Claydon is complete, she will refer you back to your physician for all routine medical care.
Insurance & Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, check, VISA and MasterCard.
