Marc A. Arnold earned his nursing degree magna cum laude from Adelphi University and also a master’s degree magna cum laude as an adult nurse practitioner from State University of New York at Stony Brook. Marc is skilled in primary care, emergency and cardiovascular medicine. He currently evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients with acute illness and cardiovascular disease, including congestive heart failure, and also performs diagnostic nuclear cardiology testing.

Marc is licensed and certified by the Virginia State Board of Medicine and the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an adult nurse practitioner. A former firefighter, he is also certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), with further American Heart Association certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Marc is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Cardiology and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
