East End Medical Office Building (MOB)2603 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, Va 23223 The East End Medical Office Building (MOB) is the newest addition to the RCH campus. The two-story, $16.5 million, 25,000-square-foot facility houses an outpatient walk-in wellness clinic, which offers community health wellness and prevention services, as well as an Adult Behavioral Health Partial Hospitalization Program (the first and only of its kind in the East End), which complements the existing in-patient behavioral health services currently offered at RCH.
